I couldn’t get into my regular salon to update my gel manicure yesterday, so I called this place and they were able to get me in right away. I should have just waited until I could get into to any other place. First, the lady was not very friendly from the get go. My first clue should have been that there was absolutely no other customers in the entire place. Second clue should have been that there are no prices posted anywhere within the business. The whole time she was super rough and cut me. She didn’t seem to care that I was bleeding. After she returned the sanitized instruments to the back, I still had some cuticle that needed trimmed. This woman grabbed a rusty, gross pair of trimmers from a jar of pencils sitting next to her. She rushed through the actual painting of my nails and if I pointed out a spot that she missed or messed up she would just tell me it didn’t matter. After she was done she told me it would be $40, which I thought was a little steep for gel. She said $20 for the manicure and $20 for the polish. I have never been to a place where the polish was extra, but ok. Gave her the money plus $5 tip because I am too nice and got the heck out of there. Fast forward not even an hour and I look at my nails and they were a disaster. Please see the attached pictures. I went back and asked for a refund because there was no way I was letting this dirty place touch me again and she said she would only refund $25 because she did the manicure….so really she charged me $20 to massage my hands and use dirty tools. I’m just going to take my loss with my horrible nails and caution anyone that is desperate enough to walk into this place. Just don’t!

Terrible experience. The woman that I had did not speak to me, seemed angry that she had to do my nails, and gave me the worst acrylic set I’ve ever had. She cut me multiple times, did not give me the shape that I asked for, and had me pick out a color just for her to use a completely different one. I asked for an almond shaped with a solid sage green.
First picture is the shape and color I asked for and the second picture is what I got. Also attached a picture of the cuts that I got as a result. My nails were throbbing by the time she was done to the point where I didn’t even want to say anything because I didn’t want her to hurt them more than she already had. I literally would not recommend to a single person.

I am not someone to complain about a business but I believe this is necessary. I came to get my nails done right when they opened. I picked my color and the lady started doing my nails. It felt like she was in a rush the entire time, even though it wasn’t very busy. She ended up filing my nails so hard it cut my actual fingers up multiple times and some of them were very deep. Once she noticed the cuts she apologized which i appreciated but there is no way to fix that and my fingers hurt very bad. It was very difficult to pay $50 for a negative experience like this. They hurt very bad and I do not recommend going here for you nails.

I came here today at 3 to get my nails done. I wanted a round french tip which shouldn’t be hard. I already had purple gel on my nail which the man did take off but not all the way. There’s still purple on my nail which you can see, and the french tip is not even. On top of all of this the place is a mess, it’s not very clean and the rush on your nails. the lady next to me was also having a hard time. I won’t be coming back i don’t recommend this to anyone.

So disappointed. I haven’t been able to get my nails & toes done in awhile & I was thinking I would have a relaxing time. But the lady got my pedicure done in 15 min. 50$ for a bare minimum pedicure is just plain stealing. The “massage” they give at the end was a total of 1 min long. Didn’t get to soak in hot water just warm. For literally 2 min. It was so rushed. This is my like 5th time here & this happens every single time. This is why this place is my absolute last resort when everywhere else is booked. She was so rough with my hands & the nails look nothing like I wanted at all. I paid $110 for this mess. How is this place still in business
