I went to the salon super late minute on Nov 11th 2023. I want to get my nails done for my party. I did not have an appointment but Ms. Diana was super understanding. She mentioned that I could call/text in advance for the next time I go see her. She’s super personal! She make you feel right at home! It’s been a while since I last got my nails done. Ms. Diana was very observant and very good on reading my body language. I was a bit nervous, but she assured me that she that I’m in good hands. Ms. Diana had me laughing and enjoying my time in her chair. I was able to get to know a little bit about her. Her continuous passion for what she loves doing and her community

Diana does an AMAZING job. I won’t go anywhere else in town now, the quality is amazing – no breakage after two weeks and very relaxing experience. Fabulous to sit and chat, make sure you call or text in advance for an appointment.

I’ve tried many nail salons in Philly but always manage to go back to Diana’s salon. My nails don’t break, I get the accurate color she’s put out for her samples, and I’m never in the salon for more than an hour. She’s very professional and truly cares about her customers. She genuinely wants you to be satisfied with your experience. I’d highly recommend Top Nails for anyone who is trying to find a nail salon that cares about what you’re paying for and your satisfaction when you leave. The first time I went to this salon, I went for a dip manicure. They chipped within a week. I just went back yesterday and, this time, I got a gel manicure. Yesterday!!! And several of the nails have already chipped. And the sides of the nails are sloppily painted over my skin and were not cleaned up before they dried.
