If I could give this place zero stars I would . My cousin suggested this place to come to while I was visiting and I wish I would have had a better experience so regretfully I must say I wish this place was excluded from my visit to Ohio. The guy who did my nails was so busy trying to upsell me on the services and after he saw that I wanted fills in only he chopped my nails down more than necessary leaving me no choice but to get a full set the next time I get my nails. I assure you filing my nails down grinding them down to less than a quarter of nail was so unnecessary. In addition it was 35 dollars for what? I am beyond unhappy.

I’ve been here to Collin no issues I went to the owner because he was out of town had a terrible experience I ask for a short white set. set was lumpy and nail shape was horrible. I kindly asked her to fix she was upset said she did the best she could. I kindly told her I wasn’t satisfied she instantly told me to never come back after saying I didn’t have to pay then purposely messed up my nails That is horrible customer service I 100% wanted to pay & tip. But because you improperly did my nails and rushing your work I deserve this treatment. So disappointed in this experience I wanted a good set not a free messed up set. Not way to treat a customer!!!

This is the only place I go to for my nails. Sophie does a great job! And if she is not there, ask for her son Colin!

This lady nail tech if you see her run she over charge and design like a kindergarten I went for this on the left and got this on the right and had the audacity to charge me an extra $20 for the design 🤯

Do not go here. Poor quality, none of my nails are trimmed evenly, my toenail is crooked and my nails after only a week are already coming off my fingernail. My cuticles were bloody and the technician never apologized for it. There was even a customer while I was there requested that their nails be removed and when tech asked why because they were just completed the customer said yeah I know! DO NOT GO HERE I paid close to $200 for this botched job and I would highly discourage you shopping here if you want even subpar service. If I could, I would give negative 500 stars!!
