I came here on Saturday March 16, 2024 with my mother and we had the most rushed experience ever. The woman who did both of our nails (Tracy) did not take her time, both of our nails look like they’re almost two weeks old instead of two days old. They’re uneven and have dimples in them. For the amount we were charged it was definitely not worth it at all! We will definitely not be returning for future business.

I wanted French tips (white tip nails). Wanted them round but instead they did opposite of what I wanted. I didn’t feel like fussing about it so figured I’d give this style a try.
Got a pedicure as well. White tips. The guy doing it was a bit rough..trying to rush it. My feet are extremely ticklish..and he was not being gentle about it.
We tried a couple other places but they were booked so we decided to try here since they were not busy. Not sure if i will try this place again.

I made an appointment online was communicated with by Messenger. Getting ready to leave and got a messenger text saying my appointment is tomorrow. So I said no I’m coming in now. They said ok.
Got a lady worker. Didn’t ask her name. She was rough on my feet and left my originally longer nails uneven and horrible to look at. She dropped the clear polish brush on the floor and instead of getting a new one continued with it on my toes. I let it happen because I wanted to see her ethic. She also dropped a nail file while doing my nails and didn’t replace it. I used myself as a guinea pig. I was unfortunately right in my assessment.

I didn’t look at my feet after she finished because was moving to next station for manicure. My fingernails were long enough that they all should’ve been cut evenly. They were not. I still have nail polish on my skin. When I got in my car I took pictures. Couldn’t believe my feet. I will NEVER go back.

Tracy always gets my nails looking the best no matter what I ask her to do. This was not original design but she gave me exactly what I asked for. Awesome nail salon I wouldn’t go any where else. Thanks Tracy

●My positive comment: The atmosphere was great. I was there 1st customer of that day. I also was a walk-in. The staff was patient with me. The man took his time on my 🤲💅.
●My negative comment: They did have a lot of flies flying around. The man tried to kill them.
