I’ve been going to Top Nails for about a year now. I always take my time to write a review because I like to rate the overall. So overall I am giving 5 stars. I feel like a valued customer. My nails come out nice almost every time. I always feel welcomed and I can relax as soon as I walk in the door. The salon is quiet, neat, and very clean.
I like how they already know what I need before I need to say it. I appreciate all of you! 💕✨🫶🏽

Went for a no chip nail appointment. And the gentlemen Philip thinned them all out instead of letting them soak. Which led them to break 5 days later and nails had bubbles and felt lumpy?. I didn’t say anything because I just wanted to leave. My nails were healthy and strong before hand.
Very disappointed I had to cut down my nails and file them myself because they were breaking.

I’ve been going to Top Nails since on the late 90’s… new owners since then but always great service! Kathy did an incredible job on my nails. I am always tempted to try other nail salons, but always come back to Top Nails! Find a place that you’ll keep coming back to! When you find the right tech, stick to them.

The owner was very nice and professional when I asked him to look at my heels after my pedicure, agreeing that they were very rough.he got me right back in the chair and took care of it. when I was on my way out, I tapped the technician who originally did the pedicure on her shoulder and said I’ll see you Monday for my nails !she didn’t respond!! I tapped again thinking she didn’t hear me and she swung her head around, looked up at me with a nastiest look!!!!! Especially my complaint with my pedicure was very quiet and I was very very nice about it. I also still left her a good tip. for her to treat me that way was unacceptable
With that behavior, she lost hundreds of dollars that Monday when I was going to return with my family!!! unfortunately, cannot go back after being treated like that
