As I walked there, I felt judged a little bit because I dressed in my comfortable clothing, I promise u I have money I had legit got paid,, they asked what I want done and I said my nails and I can show them a pic of the nail design I want because I work at a desk,, They told me sorry! We are busy with other people getting their nails done after they bring me a tissue from walking in the cold and my nose is running, I was hoping to get told do I wanna make an appointment or anything but I just got that. I’m a little upset so I walked to Best nails instead and paid.

Very disappointed. The person who was doing my pedicure was swapped halfway through to do nails on someone else and I never saw her again. My cuticules didn’t get cut, my toe nails are all different lentghs and shapes and the nail polish bled and smudged everywhere. The man who finished my pedicure even tried to erased it but it just smudged it more. When we return to complain about service he tried to tell me I had done it to myself while walking out. When we asked for a partial refund (we left a nice tip) the man LAUGHED at us. Will never return. Customer service is dead.
