Should have read the reviews before making an appointment. Service started 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment. The tech I had made me bleed and the older gentleman that did my moms could not have had a cosmetology license. Her pedicure and manicure were atrocious. Just don’t bother stopping, drive the extra 25 minutes into SantaFe.

Went to get a pedicure and manicure with my sister the lady rushed through our pedicure cut up our toes didn’t give the right color even though I had pointed to the color and the number I wanted because she didn’t understand English left my toe nails uneven and with pointed corners she didn’t scrub the feet like she should have what a pedicure is supposed to have not to mention that the water for our feet was very cold ( they didn’t have hot water) and she used the same tools she used on my sister and only rinsed with water not even soap just water. My manicure was basically just her painting my nails and use of cuticle oil and the lotion she didn’t cut the dead cuticles she left them, she left bubbles in my polish and thick corner that can easily be lifted I recommend not going to this place and this is coming from a cosmetologist herself. This was also a very dirty place I didn’t see them sanitize anything after being used on my sister and I. They were also very rude from the moment you walked in won’t be going back again and highly highly don’t recommend

Dirty , in a rush, rude and they dont listen to instructions they just do as the want and get mad when corrected .
I went in this Salon to get my full set done a s to get my daughter’s nails painted and it wad a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I’ll never go back because while doing my nails she made me pay before she was done and then when she finished they were do bad I made her remove the polish it was badddd like BADDD and I asked for a removal and refund and she refused so I walked put and told her I would be disputing the 80$ she charged me . picture will be uploaded of what she left me with a sticker that came off the next day just horrible quality of nails

I came for a pedicure and the whole thing lasted 10 minutes and they were not busy at all. She was very rough during the pedicure and didn’t ask what color polish I wanted before she started painting my toes. $30 for a ten minute mediocre pedicure. I came for an acrylic set another time and they over charged me what they originally quoted me and the nails were not even close to what I had asked for. The first picture is what I asked for and the second is what I got. On top of that I had an asthma attack and the older gentleman doing my nails wouldn’t let go of my hand to go get my inhaler despite leaving my phone, keys, and wallet inside as I stepped to my car to get my inhaler. Both experiences were negative
