wish i could give 0 stars . was visiting fayetteville from raleigh on 09/23/23 saturday afternoon , came in for full set & 80 pedicure. first the pedicure was uncomfortable, a middle aged man who was obviously uncomfortable with touching my feet was assigned to my pedi. he did nothing right, he barely touched my feet, literally he was holding one toe && forcing me ti hold most of the weight, it was super uncomfortable… Rose did my fullset && man not even 2 days later there popping off, i dont like the design, it’s childish and sloppy, the nails are lumpy and overall just awful work. i do not recommend, althou rose was sweet i paid 100 for a worthless pedicure && 80 for a new set of nails that looks worst’ then wat i originally walked in with . i would stay clear fr this place until they get help & the right ppl in here to satisfy the customers.

Please save your time any money coming here. The last two times I went here and got a pedicure I have the best service from an older lady. But there was a middle aged man who clearly did NOT know what he was doing. He seemed to be confused quite frankly and to be going through the motions. Please train your employees better seriously. 45 dollars for a poor service is too much money.

Rose was kind and sweet, but very slow and poor attention to detail. I showed a picture as an example of what I wanted and the final product was nowhere near close after multiple attempts and guided corrections yet she was very proud of her work despite the awful quality. I got a pedicure and acrylic full set. It was taking so long I regrettably decided to let it be. I was grossly dissatisfied, especially considering the price for the subpar quality. Also there is clearly little consideration for atmosphere and aesthetic for the facility itself. It doesn’t seem customer service or maintaining a positive reputation is a priority for them.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I came in a few days ago an got my feet done that cost $100 for an overlay acrylic on my toenails. I came in a few days later to speak with the guy to fix the problem he said he couldn’t fix it. That’s ridiculous with me paying $100 an he couldn’t simply just file the acrylic down enough to atleast satisfy me. I wouldn’t come spend a dime with them because obviously they don’t care about the client.

I will say that Rose was very sweet. I came in for white dip powder but she insisted that the white wouldn’t be clear with dip so recommend doing acrylic overlay. I don’t know what she did but every time I would put my hand under the gel dryer it will burn like the acrylic powder was burning into my skin. She had the acrylic too rough to where I had to ask her to smooth it out to make it look natural. She couldn’t get the shape right and Couldn’t get the excess from under my nails after so many attempts. And nipped me a few times. I usually go to one specific place down here but wanted to try somewhere different and I will not be returning but she was very sweet and patient just couldn’t get it right
