OMG. I took my daughter for nails and dropped her off. She text me crying because the female doing her nails was so rude to her. She said her design looked like a little kid did them and were smeared. She then told her to go to her regular lady if she didn’t like them. When my wife and i arrived, she changed her tune really quick. Worst nail salon we have been to.

I don’t regularly get my nails done, but when I do I come here and have been for the last 5 years. I’ve never had a problem being a walk-in or having an appt. I called today on a whim and scheduled an 11:30 appt for a pedi. They did a wonderful job as always. I’ll be back again. 😸

I did not like the technician’s customer service it was rude and disrespectful. I went to get a full set of nail tips and after day 3 they started falling off then I went back and instead of them fixing them without charging me again for the color they re did the nails that fell off and because I changed the color they charged me another $21 for color change which they shouldn’t have charged me anything at all and now the new set is falling off as well after day 3
I would not recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for professional services. I could have went to Walgreens and brought some press on nails that would have looked better and last longer
