Had the most amazing experience here!! Best place in Clinton to get your nails done—even better than when I get them done in Philadelphia. I got dip powder done with Amy, she was so so kind, she was fast, and she did the best I’ve ever had my nails done. She is such a professional and really knows how to shape your nail the fit your hand. She also takes such great care of you as a client. I will certainly be coming back to get my nails done from now on. Thank you!!

Tom & Karen are the best! I won’t go anywhere else! Just make an appointment because it’s only the two of them, working extremely hard. They always go above & beyond, taking the time to do what will look best or last longest—I get powder manicures, and my nails never chip or crack.

Update: I now do the liquid gel instead of powder & it’s 🔥 & faster—don’t have to spend time soaking the color off.

This place is the best place, no one can beat their cleanliness! I can’t picture myself going anywhere else.The environment is very peaceful and appealing! I never fell rushed, have second thoughts, or had to deal with rude customer service. Karen always takes her time, was delicate with me. She does amazing work and knows exactly how you want your nails. I can always feel confident in showing her a picture and get exactly or even better than what I ask for ! She takes her time and double checkes with me if I am ok with the shape. My appointment time is set for me and me only I never have to wait . She definitely has made a loyal customer out of me.

I have debated writing this review but I feel it is important others who have had similar experiences be supported. I am unsure what the motivation is behind ridiculing and admonishing patrons of a nail salon about the positioning of their hands but apparently Tom seems to derive some sort of pleasure from doing it year after year. As customers, you enter into an unspoken contract with the provider of a service you will both treat each other with respect. I understand it can be frustrating when the provider feels their work may be negatively impacted if someone is not adhering to their requests to hold their hand in a particular manner. However, to repeatedly grab someone’s hands and shove them into a position while accusing them of purposefully not listening to you is borderline abusive and embarrassing. Dumbfounded, I sat there and endured his endless tirade about what was wrong with me and how I must be behaving in this manner on purpose. I apologized multiple times for not understanding exactly what position he wanted me to be in but it was for naught. He “schooled” me in a disrespectful, condescending and demeaning manner in front of several other customers. This was not my first visit to this spa but it certainly will be my last. To charge me $70 plus gratuity for 50 mins of forceful shoving and verbal abuse I would rather light the cash on fire then go back to this business again. It is so disheartening to see a talented man who is unable to keep his anger in check long enough to provide a service. His wife, Amy, could not have been kinder. It is obvious she has witnessed his erratic behavior before because she did attempt to defuse the situation with some levity. My complaints are echoed by multiple other customers over the year so the onus resides with the owner. I read his defenseless rebuttals to others posts and perhaps one of these days he will take a moment and actually read what people are saying. You are an extremely talented individual but you are losing customers because you fail to recognize this is a super saturated market when one can simply walk down the street and get the same service minus the abuse. Instead of spending time trying to distort my review which you most likely will, why not take a moment and reflect on why you continue to behave in such an irrational manner and work on healing yourself. Just a thought.
