They corrected my chipped paint and were very sweet and apologetic when they did.
I advise verbalizing exactly how you want things if you want them done a specific way but the service was good otherwise.
This is a good spot for a quick mani pedi in the HD when you don’t have time to make an appointment elsewhere.

Clean and not very busy. It was two adults and a child and the staff had a hard time understanding what we wanted (I.e instead of a full gel manicure one person asked for, they just got their nails polished with gel). The older lady who did my pedicure kept digging into my cuticles almost drawing blood; I let her know three times it was hurting/don’t dig any more and finally to stop until she finally did. I also settled for a color they tried to mix to get what I wanted but was not at all what I showed them (solid color vs shimmer finish). They don’t tell you about up charges until the end at checkout. None of their pedicure packages include callous removals and the gentleman said he was going to do it as he was doing the pedicure but didn’t specify it was an up charge. That was understandable as we didn’t clarify or ask either. Upon checkout, I was given one total, then a second person came and tallied the services up and gave me a second price. Then, a THIRD person came up and gave us another total and said the other two people didn’t add right. Wasn’t terrible but wasn’t as pleasant of an experience as we were hoping for. Be clear and communicate through the entire process to ensure you get what you want and know what you’re paying for. We are out of town but our local party said they wouldn’t be back anyway.

Overall not bad, I enjoyed my visit and the staff is very polite. There were 3 of us and they were able to easily accommodate us but I did feel like I wasn’t a priority. They didn’t communicate very well and there was a lot of confusion over what we were asking for vs what they were providing. Many times I’d ask a question and the person doing my nails would just nod and keep going. My main reason for giving a moderate rated review is because we each had a very different quality of nails after we left. Mine lasted the longest but were slightly crooked, one person had nails that were lifting after a couple of days, and the third looked amazing but her gel polish came up after two weeks. I’d return but maybe just for a spa pedicure or a fill.

Went to this place today. I always get everything done in LA. But I tried this place. It was the best. Better service than the place I have gone to for so many years. The man was really nice and took care of my feet and legs. Did an amazing job. The place was nice and beautiful. Very organized place. 👌 Will be coming back to this place. I got a pedicure. I got the top one! Worth it! Thank you. ❤️

I have been going to Today Nail and spa for several years. The service is extraordinary and the workers are very kind. Andy and Yen the owners are so wonderful with their clients and I will continue to do my business there. They listen to what you want. I am a very happy customer.
