Only giving 3 stars cause the lady I had was super friendly. I normally have my lady in the cities but this was sporadic with a friend. They were very pushy with the upgrades which to an extent I understand cause they need to make money to. So as you can see I got just a French which costed $75 🫣 my friend got 3d sunflower on two of her nails and hers was $70 🤔 the guy I asked to explain to me said you got design on all 10 fingers 🤔 ok, not going to argue. Feel like it was very over priced and not happy with the way they turned out cause they are crooked.

It’s sad I had to give a 2 star review. the of my nails quality isn’t great, but the staff was very nice.
the quality is of someone with not a lot of practice or knowledge of artificial nails and how to work with them. My acrylic nails have no apex, a couple of the dip in the middle and they’re flat across and in no way a strong shape for a nail. I’m worried they will break easily because of this but what can I do. It was nice that I was asked if there was anything I didn’t like and to tell him, but this is something that would have required extra acrylic, shaping and explaining that I shouldn’t have to do when paying for a service.
The only part that’s good is the quality of the work next to the cuticle.

We wanted regular pedicures. They asked several times about using gel and I said no because it was more expensive. Then when he was doing my pedicure he was making comments about not using gel because it was $10 more. Eventually, I caved and did gel, especially since we had already waited so long. When I took my socks off at home, my big toe is messed up from the sock. Also, $50 each is way too much for what we got! And my daughter is 12.

Terrible customer service! I had a gift card to there and the new owner told me it was expired due to their own fault of not writing the year but it is only from last month and telling me I needed a receipt, shouldn’t they have those? When I asked them to fix a heart on my nail politely they just argued and don’t listen to what you actually want. Not to mention they dropped a tool on the ground and picked it back up then started to use it again. Not sanitary at all. I’d 100% recommend going to a different place. If negative stars was an option that’s what they’d get.

Amazing service!!!! Never had a bad experience. Prices are very reasonable for the treatment you receive. Mike the owner is phenomenal. My ingrown toe nails have been non existent since Mike took the place over. Never rude. Always treated with respect.
