Rosie did a great job of taking care of me even though I didn’t know exactly the name of what I needed done. My nails came out exactly as I wanted them. I ended up with acrylic set with a nude/pale pink.
Clean store. Comfortable environment. Prompt service. Good mix of walk in and appointments but definitely enough people working to take care of walk in.
They were also up front about their prices which I appreciate. Will definitely be back again.
They prefer tips in cash but I didn’t have any but left it on my card.

So I went in a couple days ago to get my nails done and usually I love this place, the past couple times I have had Annie and she’s amazing! But this past time I went in (12/27?) I didn’t have a great experience. I tried being polite to my tech which I do not remember her name asking “how are you?” Or “how was your Christmas?” And she was very rude. So I just left it at that and then when it came to the nails I was already a little mad and it’s weird because when Annie does them they still have length on them but this tech she cut them down to the finger tip and it made me upset and question her but I wanted to leave because she made for a uncomfortable experience I would hate to have to go somewhere else since I do drive over an hour to get to this place, if a member of management sees this please try to get this person to be polite and on the same page on how short the nail should be. I usually never leave reviews like this but I just had to

Recently moved to Tucson and had my nails done somewhere else last week, they fell apart in days. I tried TN nails today and what an amazing job they have done. Not only are my nails exactly what I asked for they could tell me what had been done wrong before. Clearly knowledgeable and skilled, I will definitely be going back.
Also I’m super sorry for not having a tip with me, I will bring it next time.

Everyone at TN nails have always been 100% kind to me. I’ve been coming to TNails since March 2023, every two weeks. I love their pedicures!! I’m an artist and my hands get paint on them a lot so I had not had my nails done in a long time. One of the girls recommended dip powder nails and I decided to give it a try. My natural nails are so long now! I’m amazed and so happy! I really look forward to me appoints and I’m their customer for life. Thank you for making me feel special.
