Possibly the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Nails cut at weird angles, a chunk taken out of my toe deep along/under the side of the nail & into the toe, then some blue liquid that burnt like fire poured on it.
It’s been 18+ hrs & my toe still hurts. It swollen & the pain is worse now than it did when I went to bed last night, I’m really starting to worry that its infected. My feet feel rough & scrathy because all he did was scrape off the dead skin. The hot wax was the only good part & was over after like 4 mins. He kept saying “sleep” & “close your eyes, relax” but I couldn’t because everything he was doing hurt. My massage consisted of pinching my calf muscles & digging his thumb nail into different spots on the bottom of my feet. I was so focused on how bad my toe hurt that I just wanted to leave. I didn’t notice how bad of a job he did until I home. I was so pissed because I had already paid & I wish I hadn’t. If my toe hadn’t been hurt so bad I would have taken the time to really look at them. Instead I was surching for neosporin & a bandage.

I don’t really write reviews… but I feel like my eyebrow experience is worth a mention. My first mistake is probably going to get my eyebrows done in a place I’ve never been to before. But I’ve done it in the past and I think this one is by far my worst experience. But wait, it’s not because of how the eyebrows turned out. They were mostly fine. I had to fix them just a bit, just some hairs sticking out, but overall they weren’t terrible. What bothered me was the service. I came in, they greeted me and were nice enough. But the lady that did my eyebrows was eating when I came in. I think it was Chinese food, or something that smelled as strong. She followed me into the room, she didn’t wash her hands. The fact that she didn’t wash her hands didn’t occur to me until she was touching my face and I could smell the food. And it was a really strong smell. But I pushed through, because I was already there. I planned to just rush to a bathroom and wash my face after. But then she put the wax on my eyes, and it was HOT. I said “ah that’s hot”. Tried to be relaxed about it. She didn’t say anything. She continued to put the burning wax on my eyes. I hate confrontation so I endured it. But my eyes hurt after. Like my eyelids were so uncomfortable. It eventually went away a couple hours later. But I was scarred (mentally). And maybe I’m being dramatic, but I won’t ever go back. The smell of food and the hot wax was enough for me to just stay with the people I’m used to, even if it means waiting for it. Again, the eyebrows themselves weren’t terrible, but I didn’t appreciate the experience at all.

When I arrived there was only one other customer, and I was taken right away as a walk-in on a weekday morning. This was probably the worst mani/pedi I’ve ever had. The man that helped me used his long thumb nail as a tool more than any actual tool. He trimmed my nails but they were rough and uneven, and he accidentally cut me and made me bleed- twice, once on my finger and the other on my toe. He didn’t file or buff my nails at all either. He showed me his progress and it was all so bad, but I just wanted to get out of there asap and told him it all looked fine, but I definitely needed at least one more coat of polish since I chose such a light color. There were many see through areas. During my foot massage he went all the way up to my knees and was massaging my knee for a bit too long… the only thing that earned them this one star is that they repainted my toes after I decided I didn’t like the color. I offered to pay, but they did it free of charge which was nice.

Very happy with the service at this salon. Very kind people and understand. I couldn’t tip and told them I would be back to tip them when I got paid and they still did amazing and treated me as if I tip well. I came back and tipped them very well after I got paid. They were so thankful! Nails are perfect everytime. I let them do anything they want and they impress everytime! One one issue was my polish chipped one time and they fixed it right away and was happy to do so.

I give them a 3 because their daughter was so helpful with my baby. I even tipped her lol but far as my service I paid to get my feet done and look and feel like I did it at home 😩
