Based on my description error, I got a one-time curling hair, the lady who helped me also kindly asked me if I needed water, but she didn’t ask me what type of curls I wanted, and then I was full of doubts and got it ——A very small curly hair, I told my friends that I just came out of the hair salon, no one believed, not even I, I could do it better at home, I just had my head full of wonder why it was done for me curly hair like this? Even if I just said I want curly hair, at least ask me what type I want, you know what it feels like the more you think about it, the more wrong it feels? I asked if I could curl my hair without an appointment. The lady at the front desk was very nice and arranged for a lady who was temporarily available to help me. She washed my hair, dried it and straightened it, and then directly gave me a minimal volume, and then I’m done. I know the feedback I gave you that day was good, and the lady helped me very patiently than I knew the perm service I actually wanted to do, and I also gave her a nice tip, but I didn’t realize there is something wrong at that time ,maybe there is, because the doubt has been in my mind, it has grown out in the past two days, just talking about the service of one-time curly hair may be barely related to perfunctory. If you guys don’t have enough time and tell me you can’t serve me without the appointment ,that’s fine, but it’s not a good idea to get me a curl like this to kill me. Thank you for your patience.And this is what I looked like when I got home that day.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. I have so much anxiety about getting my hair done because I’ve met so many uncaring stylists, but that was NOT the case today! Brandi sent me home looking and most importantly feeling absolutely amazing, and I’m pretty sure I know where I’ll be going for future styles. I can’t remember the name of the lady who set the appointment up for me over the phone, but she was also fantastic; very patient and understanding as I described how difficult it is to schedule things with 60 hour work weeks – and because of that I was able to get an awesome cut today. Just an all around lovely experience and I can’t wait to come back.

I finally found my go to hairdresser! I have not had one since before Covid and have tried several. Maddie did exactly what I asked and it was the best cut I have had since I have gone short. She really knew how to work with all my hair quirks and styled it, getting my hair completely dry so it stayed how it was styled. It seems some are quick to get me out the door before my hair is completely dry, therefore it finishes drying doing what it wants.

I made an appointment May, before an event (going out of the country) for my vacation. Laurie did my nails, and they started peeling during the day (she put my hands in lotion (on accident)) before putting on my nails on my right hand. Left hand was OK. Paid $40+ with tip for my nails to be done. I called so I could reschedule, and tried that two times, and life happens, and I’m moving away in a month. And so now I’ve been calling to see what they can do so my money just doesn’t go completely to waste, because they can’t schedule me in. Although I’ve called again and again and again, just to hear that I’d get a call back to see what could be done. (Also today, the owner said because this has never happened before, and I didn’t take photos of my nails on that day (which they never asked me too, and said I switched my story(?) that’s it’s too bad). Which is silly to me, because anyone who knows me, knows my character and that I live an honest life. I called and told her THE day that this happened in May, before I left and have been trying to get rescheduled in for two months, so I don’t understand why she’s telling me that I’m lying. Probably because, I don’t know how many times I had to explain this issue over and over to 3 or 4 different people, front assistants, and I think a stylist who picked up the phone just to hear the owners not available and I would get a call back. Never. Again. I sincerely hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else, to have to go through this. I can understand if she just doesn’t want to deal with rescheduling anymore and just doesn’t want to help me, but insinuating that I am lying about what happened is disgusting to me.

My first time there today. I had stylist Katie. My hair had been thru ringer, out grown roots, and gray all grown in and I walked out, looking like 1 million bucks.

Entire staff was so welcoming and attentive. I definitely thought services were going to cost at least $80 more than they did.Happy returning customer!!
