Went in for my 4 year old Niece’s birthday to get two princess manicures. My 4 year old was doing a pretty good job of sitting still and yet the girl doing her manicure and the man next to her were incredibly impatient and rude to us. They even threatened to not finish her nails because it would “take too long if she kept moving”. They were almost done (the entire manicure taking a total of 15 minutes) and not only was there no line, but there were two workers with no customers sitting on their phones. They were so unpleasant that I will never bring my daughter back and I will not be coming back myself.

I came into get a full set, I think I got a learner due to the fact she couldn’t do simply swirls. I like how she was honest, but my apex is in the middle of my nails and they look like literal cat claws. I usually don’t go to salons but my tech was out of town, I knew TL was pretty good but my nails look horrible!!! (I painted the green black)

My nails came out beautiful but the customer service was horrible. They made me feel very uncomfortable. I won’t be going back & wouldn’t recommend for people of color!!

Service was rushed. My feet were barely soaking in the chair and right away started clipping my toe nails, it was so painful and he started drilling them and he cut my skin, and dug his nails into my skin and ripping my cuticles. I told him it hurt and he kept going. I’m sorry I will not go back. When you go get your toes done is supposed to be relaxing, for me it was unpleasant, uncomfortable and painful. After the service my toes were in so much pain but I didn’t want to complain. My sis was getting hers done by someone else she didn’t have any issues. I was waiting for her after I was done, cause hers was not rushed. I normally I don’t leave reviews but this one was really bad experience.
