Lucy has been doing my nails for about a year now and I literally will not go to any other Salon. Not only is she the kindest person— but she does the best job and is so thorough. I have a a bad habit of picking my acrylics off and destroying my nails, but when I leave — you would never be able to tell the shape they were in before. I’ve gotten gel, acrylic, and dip done by her. Couldn’t say a bad word about her or her work!

IS THAT NAIL POLISH OR BLOOD?

Answer: Blood. This place is seriously dangerous. My daughter had a dip manicure and the nail technician used the drill to file her cuticles. When she showed me her hands, she was bleeding. She is still complaining about how much her nails hurt. I am very hopeful she doesn’t get infected.

Never again. I do not recommend this place. I am concerned that a picture from a review from another customer looks exactly the same as my daughter. Bloody cuticles. Clearly this must be a technique they practice regularly.

I have been going here for years. Today was absolutely a horrible experience. I was bleeding and my hands still hurt. The technician was clearly in a rush and very aggressive. My nails are different lengths and sizes. I came home and filed them myself. There were cotton fibers and lumps everywhere. The technician actually knocked the dip off of one of the tips of my nails and didn’t even go back to reinforce it. After reading the experience from two weeks ago, i pray I dont get and infection. I’m severely disappointed today.
