honestly pretty great, i was just in an hour ago and the lady was nice and asked me what i wanted the whole time, helped me pick out colors and complimented my choices, she asked me after every paint if i liked them. priced great!

I asked for short square round nails. I left with square nails longer than what I wanted. It’s been about 2 hours since I left and every single nail is cracked. Dip should definitely last longer than 2 hours. My nails are super thick, especially the one with glitter. The lady did 4 layers of dip, then 2 layers of shellac. I’m not impressed and won’t be back.

If you decide to get any services done here make SURE you pay with a CC!! This place practically insists that you pay in cash… so happy I never did!! Their gel Polish completely chipped in less than two weeks. I setup an appointment to have them fixed
and ended up waiting for over 30 minutes without my tech telling me she was running late OR apologizing for the wait. When she finally came to take me back, she just blamed me and made a ton of excuses as to why the polish chipped, completely unwilling to fix them!! I ended up having to go somewhere else and pay AGAIN for them to be done right. My experience was just overall TERRIBLE customer service! And I was seeing the OWNER, Fionna so you know it’s bad!! Thankfully I had paid using my credit card and was able to call and have my payment reimbursed. For all the headache and poor customer service I give this place a zero star review. There are a ton of other great nail salons in Ankeny that are HAPPY to have your business and treat you right. Don’t waste your time and your money with a business that thinks otherwise.

I couldn’t have asked for better treatment!! I was able to get in right away, was met with a friendly greeting and got the most beautiful eyelash extensions!! She was so attentive and made sure I comfortable before and after. I will definitely be going back! 😊

Just had a manicure and left wanting to cry, I was about to walk out during the manicure. The lady came off rude, and rushed, not happy with my nails. My thumbs still have parts that are not covered. Not happy I just wasted money on nails I am not happy with.
