Tyson is the best nail person ever! I followed him from another location and this location is beautiful, everyone is friendly it’s very clean and a relaxing environment. Love coming to get my nails done here!

I honestly believe this is the first time I’ve ever had a bad pedicure. The woman assisting did not say ONE WORD to me except for “you’re done”. That’s it. Didn’t offer me anything to drink. Didn’t ask what kind of pedicure I wanted. Just rude.

The pedicure itself was fine, but she did a terrible job on the nails. I don’t know if the nail polish was old or what, but the finished look was blotchy and looked unprofessional. Not to mention she didn’t put on any type of topcoat or anything to protect the polish.

I’ve heard great things about this place, but I will never go back. I’ll stick to Sahara Nails!

I’ve been here 3 times, today being the 3rd all 3 different people, I would most definitely recommend Lucy, she’s amazing, so nice. The set I just paid 76.75 for and the ones before it my middle finger nail is coming up.. my first set lasted me about 2 months and when I went to get them taken off they were still looking good. I just wanted a different color. due to the activities I do. I will be going back tomorrow to request they fix my nails and my ombre has been perfect the last two times and this time it’s horrible. it was like no effort was put into my nails he literally glued the nail back down and continued with the polish. I recommend people here all the time because I always get told how pretty my nails are and this time I absolutely hate my nails. I’m going to ask for Lucy tomorrow. Hopefully she can fix them

As soon as my friend and I walked in we were greeted and felt welcome. It was not too busy so we were seated right away. My pedicure was thorough and very enjoyable. Instead of sitting in silence for an hour we actually had a very very nice conversation. Once it came to my powder dip set i was in a bit of a rush but they still came out AMAZING! I love this place, Which is not easy for me to say. I’ve been to almost every single nail salon in Franklin and Nashville and this one really takes the cake!

I would not recommend this place!
The man who did my nails rushed me when I first walked in the door to pick a color. I decided I didn’t want that color so I asked him if I could change it he told me to hurry up he has another customer coming!!! I was shocked these nails were $75 how sway these ugly nails are only 3 days old!
