We first went to another Tipsy before landing here. Upon arrival at the first one, the front desk girl was a nitwit. After she couldn’t get it right what we were even doing there we ended up leaving and came to this Tipsy location. So glad it happened. Great salon and great friendly manager. I had a man at station 8 so my nails. I can’t remember his name (sorry) but he did a great job, took his time, and I was so happy with the final results. Will definitely be back!

Horrible place that ruined my nails in one go. I’ve been doing my nails for the last 2 years and this place took 1 time on them and ruined them but over failing them. Now they are braking in the middle of the nail where it’s so deep that it goes in my skin. You can see my first review below. But here is where I stand now after the damage that was done. You have no idea how that hurts and I have no idea how to take off the gel without all the pain that will be caused by the acetone when soaking them off. The little one also broke bad, but thankfully it grew out more and it’s not at the skin anymore. This person should be trained

Terrible experience with the person doing my nails. It was a guy that sits right next to the checkout monitor, but I did not get his name because I was too upset. He took off dip and had to just shorten my nails a little (keep the shape) and do gel. The taking off process was a little uncomfortable as he would dig in too much on places (his hands were shaking). But it wasn’t too bad. The issue happened when he filed my nails. He filed them so much on the side that there was a 90 degree angle on them. I told him to stop filing and he kept trying to fix it when there is no fix to actually look good. Someone else came and kinda blended them in, but they are now ruined because they got over filed. Not to say that his gel application was ridiculous. it was super uneven and it looked bubbly on places. I told him that does not look good and HE STARTED FILING. I had to pull my hands back and told him to just stop and leave them as they are. Someone else came and filed off the bumps in the polish and reapplied, which made them look at least decent. I am never leaving bad reviews, but this was ridiculous. Please teach this person how to file because the way he files, he holds the file too straight and digs into the sin on the side. The pictures are AFTER someone else tried to fix them and I tried to blend them in more. But you can still see the way they were all filed. The whole experience was like I was getting a heavy-handed and clumsy job done. Manicure should not be painful and give you anxiety. I should not have even paid them.

Came here for a French and gel pedicure. Tina was amazing at my pedicure and B did a fabulous job on my nails!! Great new management and very clean! Happy to have found my nail salon home!

It’s like walking into an alternative reality where they are trying to get bad reviews. When I walked in, there were four people working. Each was a comic book character. One was “iPhone Teenager Girl,” a superhero who has become one with her cell phone and cannot even look up from behind the counter. Second was “Hock a Loogie Man” who was literally snorting phlegm and spitting it into a garbage can. Third was an employee who basically ignored me. I think he was an extra. Then there was the manicurist, clearly a prisoner taken captive from a good nail salon. There were no other customers but me dumb enough to be there. Tipsy, as a company, needs to more careful choose its franchisees. I can’t trust their brand anymore.
