I scheduled an appointment, arrived on time and the door was locked, waited a few minutes and tried again, still locked, tried to call, no answer. I’m sure when I scheduled the appointment my number came up so if the stylist was running late, a call would have been nice, my time is valuable. I eventually left, then I got a notification that I was a no show and they tried to charge me.

♡ℒฺℴฺνℯฺd҉♡ IT this was my first time getting a full set at best nail salon and if I can read it a hundred stars out of a hundred I definitely would I highly recommend it the customer service is outstanding you know the care that they give their clients is it’s beyond exceptional, I love how they go above and beyond to make their clients feel very welcome and at home this will definitely be my new salon to go to hands down I am done getting my nails done at a Asian establishment because for this main reason that I know they are talking about me behind my back and smile to my face and I do not like that I’m not a fake person I’m not about that life but I will say Tipsy’s Nail Spa & Skin Care is my number one spot to go to from this point forward

First of all I must say, FINALLY! A Nail & skincare salon that offers so much more than just a place to get my nails done, this is the first salon that I actually feel comfortable letting Elisa do whatever she wants to do with my nails, each and everytime i leave there feeling like a million bucks. she knows my style, and I like that. I also really enjoy our conversations. It’s also a huge plus that we can understand each other. Thiers so many more good things I can say about this salon, but in my closing I will say that this salon deserves 10 stars in my book, all the staff are super sweet and Very professional and they definitely take pride in thier work. 💜🖤Analisa💜🖤
