So my daughter and I went to tips and toes on Friday 05/24/2024. It was not busy at all the owner and his wife were the only ones there and the husband was finishing up with the on customer in there when we arrived. So the other wife started my pedicure, she removed old polish from my feet, and then she began To clean up my toe nails before proceeding to put my feet in the water. No, I know every shop is different. I just was not familiar with this particular way of doing a pedicure. I always soak my feet first before they proceeded. I asked the wife if I were going to put my feet in the water because again I have been sitting there maybe about 20 minutes and my feet still hadn’t touched the water she said Yes, you will get a pedicure no worries. Her husband and her then begins to speak to each other and their foreign language, which it doesn’t bother me because I don’t really know what you’re saying therefore I don’t really care As long as I’m getting the services I’m paying for. Once she finish that process, she put my feet in the water for about one minute and took them out and begins to lotion them up. Now I pay for a pedicure which they are supposed to clean the bottom of your feet as well. This part of the process never happened. I asked what was going on her husband begins to explain to her what I was saying, and she said no Have it. I can see she was getting frustrated so I ignored the process because I knew it was going to be some type of back-and-forth if I continue to say something so I left it alone. The husband tells my daughter to sit down so he can start her nails five minutes later he comes over to me and says I don’t know how to do the design she wants. I tell him no worries we’ll go somewhere else for her Once I’m done. At this time, the wife is polishing my feet now which I will show you in pictures. She didn’t do such a great job. The husband comes over and begins taking polish off my hands because my real nails are long I just really An overlay and polish change. Once he’s done, she’s finishing up and she’s rushing me because she has a customer who is a regular who comes in and wants a pedicure so she gets me up and says go sit in my husbands chair. I go over to her husband’s chair without checking my feet because I feel rushed and now I feel like she’s being rude. Her husband proceeds to do my nails as he’s doing my nails. I’m noticing he’s rushing on my nails as well because now people are starting to come into the shop. I tell him my nails look a little lumpy and I’m not liking it he’s like I’m gonna fix it so I let him proceed. He never fixes it and then when He is almost done. He tells me I’m gonna put oil and you go wash your hands. He knows I’m in a rush because my daughter keeps saying she hast to go to work so I don’t have time to sit here and really go back-and-forth so I plan on coming back The next day. Now the next day I go back so they can correct it. They have maybe five people in the shop and three people are busy him his wife and Another young lady. I walk in he acts how can he help me after they ignored me for about a minute or so? I tell him what happened. He tells me we’re busy you have to wait 45 to an hour. I said well I don’t really have an hour of my time to give up after I paid for service that was Not done properly. He says well I don’t know what to tell you because I have customers. I tell him no worries I’ll go somewhere else but just know I will be doing a review on how unprofessional your shop Is. Please see pics attached. By the way, not only was my polish coming off the next day and , The polish on the big toe right foot was very crooked. To add insult to injury today is only 05/27/2024 and after my shower look how the polish is peeling more and this is supposed to be gel polish which cost more 😡

The lady was very nice, the chair was comfortable but unfortunately the quality of the pedicure and polish was not for me. The nail polish is sloppy and patchy. In my opinion my nails were also cut a bit too short especially the big toes. I would not return nor recommend for pedicure services.

I have been here several times to get my eyebrows done. The lady always does a great job. About 2-3 weeks ago I had Tuan do my nails too. They lasted the whole time with no issues. Today I went in for a fill. He did a great job! I love their gel nail polish choices.

Being I’m from Cali.Gurl..in a lil ole country… I am lil bit extra….when it comes yo m6 feet and hands…but this place right here…takes care of me every time…i swear I love Mrs Tina and him…they’re like family…for the last 7years in TX….

Amazing customer service was closing in 10min and they were so sweet and welcoming and did amazing job.
