I loved getting my nails done here today. They have my daughter and I a wonderful pedicure. And when I asked them to give me a fill and told them how I wanted my nails, they made my vision come to life. I look forward to coming back.

I love this place!!!!! I’ve had my nails done by two different people and I am soooooo happy!!!!! I moved from Ohio and was scared I couldn’t find a place but but I am so glad I found this place!!! I get happier w each visit!!!

This was a horrible experience for first time. The first tech that started my nails didn’t speak or understand English in which I understood. I repeatedly voiced my concerns, thumb nails too big, shape wasn’t shaped properly. The next tech I explained the same issues to be corrected, however, the signs displayed clearly agree with me that they don’t like constructive feedback. By the time it was approaching to wash my hands, I was over it. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Granted I received a full gel set, I ask them to place the acrylic bead properly, you can see it’s low which cause the nails to look as if it needs a fill in. I had to request the tech to clip the acrylic that was stuck to the sides and under my nails in which her body language and demeanor was “you’re doing to much complaining”. This experience is sickening when you want to support business but they want to charge excessive amounts when they’re paid great from a 45 min job. *Business Tip* Provide great customer service and you can charge whatever. It’s all about the experience of feeling welcomed and valued. WASTE OF MONEY

Jack did my nails so beautifully. I am more than happy with the results. He took his time he was patient did not rush. Super humble. gracious, I am so glad that I came back to give a second try.😍

I went yesterday 4/24/2024 around 1pm. It was my first time going i only went because a friend recommended it and absolutely swears by this place. After im seated the guy comes over that’s going to be doing my feet and asked which pedicure was i getting i chose and i definitely didn’t get a $50 pedi. It only took him all of 10 mins to complete my pedi he never put any of the stuff into the water and no type of relaxation again for $50. I told him gel and he preceded to give me regular polish then after i told him again gel he fixed it. He however did not properly scrub my feet, the polish doesn’t cover the entire toenail, and he cut my toenails down to the meat. Definitely not satisfied with that service. After that i got my eyebrows waxed. The lady was so gentle and polite she did them really well except one is thinner than the other but it doesn’t look that bad. Then i got my nails done. The lady came and asked me what color i chose a natural look. They look ok and just ok. I could tell the lady was an amateur she took the absolute longest on just one hand. I notice while walking to my car my right thumb nail was chipped in the corner, not the polish but the nail itself. I hadn’t hit it or anything. And here it is 04/25/2024 and 2 of my nails polish are already chipping. For $110 i could have went to my usual and no issues. I don’t see what the hype is about this place it’s really just mediocre.
