I had an appointment at 10:00. I arrived at 9:56. There was already a huge line outside. I was the only client with an appointment and I sat waiting until 11:00 am while everyone with no appointment went in front of me. He knew I had an appointment and addressed it several times. She was “done”with my pedicure in under 35 minutes and I got the deluxe one so I should have gotten a lot more. I was out the door by 11:38. All that for 38 minutes total. I’ve been to this place a lot over the years, but I’m extremely disappointed in my visit today.

My SIL had appts together and we had to wait 10 min to get to our pedicure chairs. Hers was started shortly after we sat down, but no one came to do mine for another 25 min. By the time mine started my SIL’s was almost done. There was no regard for our appt time or the fact that we basically had our pedicures done separately. Once I told the woman I wanted a basic (the least expensive) pedicure she began to rush through the rest of it. It was not an enjoyable experience. They were crowded and seemed very disorganized. I’m not sure why this place seems to be so popular.

Paid $65 for my daughters nails for her birthday. When she came out her nails were awful.
Went back the next day and asked for them to be cut down like she asked the lady and also for them to fix the uneven places on her nails. He said no because he had paying customers there. I had to spend time myself to cut them down. The chrome was already coming off 2 days later. So disappointed because I had been going there for over a year and NEVER once complained. The first time I did he argued with me. Horrible customer service.

The staff were excellent with my daughter who wanted to get her first professional manicure at an adult nail salon; since her number one choice Bubble Me Pink was unfortunately forced to close 🙁
I read mixed reviews on tip toe nails but decided to give them a shot and I was amazed by the staff, they were excellent with both my daughter an I, they were gentle and kind, I could not ask for a better experience we will definitely be going back.(I forgot to take a pic the day of but this pic is almost two weeks post manicure and still holding strong)
