Visited this salon for the first time seeing their many great reviews and I have left extremely disappointed. The salon was not busy when I visited, I went for a simple french shellac manicure. While the “manicure” (shape, cut, clean) itself was satisfactory, the guy ignored my requests. I told him my nail beds get oily and so It will need to be “roughed up” before applying the polish, he didn’t listen. Second, i was unhappy and pointed out the shape of the french was awkward and didn’t look good. He ignored me again and kept stopping me from looking at my nails.
They have HORRIBLE customer service. He was quiet the entire hour he did my nails. You’ve charged me over 45$ for a horrible manicure. If you can’t get a simple french manicure right, they why do you do it. Please see the pictures attached for reference of the poor job. Please notice that every nail has a different french outline. DO NOT GO HERE , if you do, maybe avoid the guy, he doesn’t know what he’s doing.

Excellent service for a great price! I went in for a pedicure and Tony did a wonderful job. I am very happy with the result. The salon was clean, with a relaxing environment. I would recommend this place!

This place is the best, doesn’t matter who you get. They are detail oriented and do a fantastic job for a great price. They have a great colour selection and clean salon. I love coming here to get my nails done and would 11/10 recommend!

Such a great salon! I have been coming here for years and have never had anything to complain about. The attention to detail and the prices are amazing!! The customer service is so great, they always offer some refreshments before I sit down for my appointment which is just an extra bonus:)

Absolutely incredible experience getting my nails done here! They made my sister and I (she’s 13) feel welcomed and treated her so respectfully which is something she doesn’t always experience since she is younger. I have never liked my nails so much and I will continue coming to this salon even though it’s farther away because I love it so much! My sister also broke a few nails and they fixed them free of charge and were very accomodating of her needing to fix a few nails (we made sure to tip well because of this!!) I cannot say enough great things about this salon!
The picture does not do my nails justice (I could only write a review on my laptop) and this is also over 2 weeks since they were done and they still look new!
