This was the worst Manicure I have ever gotten. I had better polish changed than this! For a place that supposedly is #1, if I could give something less than 1 star I would. This was the 1st time in my life that I didn’t give a tip. Let just say I won’t be back.

Not worth $35. She did a good job clipping & painting my toenails, but didn’t use a rasp on my heels. Didn’t even put lotion on my legs. I won’t be back.

Really disappointed with my experience. They were rough and tore at my cuticles,l to the point of bleeding, they would not give me the shape that i asked for, they didn’t have me wash my hands after filing, so they painted over the acrylic dust and it really shows chunky or bare around my cuticles for that, you can’t see it well in these pictures but they were super messy with the chrome and just painted over all of the mess on the black nails so they have spots of it under the clear coat. I had an appointment at 430 and someone was in there as a walk in before me and they had 4 people walk in before either of us got our nails done. When I asked for them to clean up my nails before sealing them they just kept talking to the other employees and ignoring me. It was my first time there and will not be back. I should have taken the hint since they didn’t have any positive reviews or good pictures of their product.

Prices are cheaper that’s the only reason they get 2 stars. Me and my nana and sister went to get our nails done and a week later her real nails chipped off. The other day I got my nail repaired and the lady made the under coat pink when all my other nails are neutral like what the heck. And my sister got her full set done before I could get one nail repaired. So I am very disappointed in this situation and probably won’t be going back.

The woman working (younger woman) on my pedicure was very involved with chatting with the man in the chair next to me asking him why he didn’t wait for her. Meanwhile she was yanking my feet around and missing my feet most of the time with her scrubbing. She kept moving the chair up even tho I explained I had a sore knee and could not bend it that high. She started yelling telling me that she had to move the chair so I asked for another employee and then she got very angry and told me “pay me now” even tho she has only washed and scraped my feet. No nails. NOT relaxing, more expensive than some. I will NOT return.
