I’ve always had good service here. Sometimes appointment times may not be perfect, because sometimes the work ends up taking longer than they thought. Like the last time, when I had only planned on getting my nails done, but added on a pedicure. Both were done well, and thoughtfully. They are always pleasant and seem to try to do what they can to fit everyone in without saying no. If your appointment is running late, it may be because they were busy and SHOULD have told you that they didn’t have time, but they want to try to fit you in anyway. Etc. Assume best intentions.

They got 4 of us in quickly. Customer service was awesome and we’re all thrilled with our pedicures!

Got 2 manicures and both of them were having the polish chip after two days with VERY light use. Didn’t swim, didn’t do dishes, etc…Other places typically stay on two weeks.
Also the lengths were all over the place and the cuticles were not pushed back and trimmed all the way.

Had a lovely time here!! Was able to squeeze me in for an appointment when I couldn’t find any other nail salon close by. May was my nail tech and she was absolutely amazing. Might have to make the 90 minute drive to return for another set!!!

I am currently sitting in the reception area at 4:53 pm, still waiting to be seen for my 4:30 pm scheduled appointment. I feel this is rude, disrespectful, and shows a lack of regard for other people’s time. I took time to schedule and set aside time for this appointment, and I feel they should do the same. I do not recommend this shop unless you have 1 hour + to spend here.
