First photo is what i wanted, last 2 photos is what I got!!! Tina herself did my nails and was on fleek w it. Been coming here off and on since I was in highschool and they’ve always done me right! Also had a petti done and she did very well on my toes but I never caught her name! Very affordable and pretty on point with designs ❤️

My husband and I decided to get pedicures when we had a break in our schedule on Saturday afternoon. We hadn’t been to this salon before but know people who have. This is by far the worst pedicure either of us have ever had in town! I’ve attached a photo of the cuts on my toes and my husband’s toes were scraped up even worse. The owner Tina kept trying to upsell me on gel polish but I’m not a fan of it. Now I know why – my nail polish smeared immediately and less than 30 minutes after we left I was able to use my thumbs and rub off all of the polish on all 10 toes. The polish application was SLOPPY. I suppose that’s not a surprise that the polish didn’t set considering all the polish remover the tech was mixing in the polish bottle. In 25 years of getting pedicures in Knoxville I’ve never had such an awful experience. It’s been 2 days and my feet still hurt. If you’re not a regular patron, I would suggest that you go ANYWHERE but here.
