Zero star. The manager is so rude, disrespectful, greedy person. I asked him about price before he started and said $30 for Acrylic and $5 for removal old Acrylic.when he started I showed him what I wanted. He didn’t clean old acrylic as any place do . He put to shot and bed nails . Before he started to put gel he did each nails different. I said no. He removed 5 and wanted to put a new . He said you have to give me $50 first I told to him I don’t u said $35. He broke my nails . I refused to continue. He call me Stupid. He yelled at me. I will never go to this place any more . Very unprofessional nail salon, they are not hygienic at all, using the same tools on multiple people without cleaning them. would never go back to this establishment again! He is disrespectful person, bad service, rude manager, dirty place and etc…,

I work in the Westshore mall and I had my nails done because it was convenient. Three nails came off. I haven’t even been there for two weeks. I asked the manager for him to fix it. He told me no very rude very nasty and he’s the one who did my nails I told him. What do you calling me a liar he says no no refund. I said I wasn’t asking for a refund. I was asking you to fix my nails bottom line but I’m desperate because I work in the mall and I have no time to go anywhere else so what would you do?

I am a regular visitor from the UK, but usually have my nails done at International Plaza mall. This is a truly awful nail bar. The venue itself is messy and grimey. The technicians do not interact with customers.I have my suspicious about the quality of the products used. It is an extra $5 to have nails cut shorter and filed: I kid you not. Keep away: then this unappealing salon may have to close down.

The best long-time nail salon with experienced salon techs in a clean, beautiful salon. Tucked inside Westshore Plaza/Mall inside the entrance from the COVERED parking garage, next to where Sears used to be, this is such a convenient location protected from heat and rain. Close to Lenscrafters, Lids, Fanatics and the hallway to the escalator to the AMC 14 theater. Close to the best restaurants and shops. Get a pedicure and a movie! Or a manicure and date night! Still low prices, excellent service and new massage chairs with a great view for people watching in and out of the mall. And, no bad, strong odors! Excellent air conditioning and air circulation.

My nails look short and stubby. How does my nail look as wide as it is long? It had been a minute since I had a fill in and he told me he had to take off old and do new but he just took off the old and then put acrylic on my natural nails, no new tips and they are short and super thick on the end. I will go somewhere else and pay again to fix them. I just wanted to leave.
