My first time at this establishment. I walked in without an appointment and I was greeted politely and asked to have a seat at a station. I was immediately taken care of. Jenni, my nail tech was very polite, thorough, focused, clean and neat. She did a beautiful full job just the way I wanted them. I will definitely return to see her.

Terrible experience . My first time at this salon and I will never go back. When I called I explained I wanted to take the shellac off my nails and no drill . Then just a regular manicure . The receptionist even told the nail tech no drill. Well I sit in the first chair and she went to get her drill I said no drill. She said not even a little file on top I said no drill. She then wraps my nails tells me to move chairs and someone would be with me.
Now I have another rude tech who is questioning why I don’t want gel I said I just want a regular manicure no drill please . Well she took the tool and dug into my nail to the point I said you are hurting me . Then she didn’t even file my nails took the nail file and was hitting me with the file. I left very upset and they charged me $25.00 . I worked in this field and this is unacceptable .
