Omg Cindy is incredible!!! I had dip nails done with a manicure and my nails have never looked so good. She is a miracle worker on ingrown nails. Cindy was so kind and friendly we chatted through out the entire visit it was very pleasant. Most other salons I never got to have a real conversation with my nail techs.

last time i came here a rude man did my nails and didn’t come back for years. then i came back and tried to get a soak off. i called in advance and some lady said it was $12 but when i finished it was $15. i know its not a big difference but why is it more? to top it off some paint was still left on my nail on my other hand and some acrylic was left on my nails a little still. i went home and soaked it in acetone for a little longer and took it off myself. photo doesn’t do justice. i live like 3 minutes away so i didnt think about really taking a picture but there was still some acrylic left over and left over paint. i don’t recommend.

It was my 1st time going there & my impression of the salon & experience with my nail tech Tiffany was wonderful .
I was in a hurry to get to a wedding. I ended up having a great conversation about the details of the wedding as I chatted with Tiffany. She made me promise to come back & share the updated details & pictures with her.
About a week later, 1 of my nails chipped, I went back to Tiffany and we chatted about the wedding & I showed her some of the footage I was able to capture on my phone.
Today I had to go back because another nail split. I didn’t see Tiffany at 1st but the other nail tech was just as nice & she remembered me because she overheard Tiffany & I speaking about the wedding.
I said all that to say this- Thank you for treating me like a valued customer.
I appreciate the service & most importantly, I felt like a person & not just another dollar sign or faceless customer.
I will come back ever time for this reason & my nails look fabulous. 😍

I went in wanting a very natural French tip (shellac). I was very up front with the girl and said that I don’t get my nails done often because I like natural nails and wanted these to look natural or as natural as possible. I also showed her a picture of what I typically do. She, instead, gave me VERY pink French tip DIP nails. When I saw the dip powder, I stopped her and said no, I want shellac. And she stated that since I broke one nail and wanted a tip on one nail – that she couldn’t do the shellac, just dip. Which I’ve heard from other women, that is incorrect. So she did – Opposite of what I asked for. I asked if it was more expensive and she said yes. I should’ve just walked out at this point but I stated that if they turned out natural, than I would splurge with the dip, reluctantly.Per religious views, I’m a modest girl who does things very naturally, so when I left I was very unhappy and I’m still very stressed over my nails. Plus I paid $60 + tip for something I didn’t even ask for. I have high anxiety so complaining on the spot wasn’t possible but I won’t be back because of my experience today. Obviously, customers aren’t always right, but when they tell you what they want – you should follow the basis of what they want. Not only did she not do what I asked for, but I bled on 3 different fingers and half of the nails (when looked at more closely) aren’t smooth or straight. Very disappointing.

Jennie did a great job on my nails and was very sweet. I have recently started the learning process of doing my own hard gel manicures at home, but it takes me forever to do, and I am still improving. She was kind enough to talk through steps and answer my questions throughout the whole process, which I know not everyone would be willing to do. She also took the time to make sure I was happy with the shaping, and I didn’t feel like she rushed or was too rough at any point, like so many nail techs often do. I will definitely be back!
Side note, I purposely asked her to make my thumb nails shorter… I am too rough on them at work to keep them as long 🙂
