Rushed, rude service. Didn’t even trim nails, before glueing on nail extensions, without making sure they fit the nail. Left loads of glue behind the nail, didn’t even try to trim it off. Nails misshapen and the dip powder looks splotched and messy.

I got a 30 minute massage from Annie. It was very clean and everyone was kind. She was very professional. A few minutes after she began she made sure she wasn’t hurting me. She checked again later when she was working on some knots in my shoulder. She rubbed deep enough that I’m still feeling it today, but light enough that it was relaxing.

I was on time for my appointment, and had been recommended this place. The last tech didn’t do an allergy test, and went right in doing my lashes. By the evening my eyes were swollen and drippy and I was in extremes of discomfort. I purchased allergy meds, and eventually had to have help removing the lashes myself. I woke up today barely being able to open my eyes. The tech used copious amounts of glue and these weren’t applied the to sale as any other place I’ve been to. I could feel the glue balls. Never go to this place.

Use to go here all the time. Last 2 times I went I told he person what I wanted they said okay did something totally different charged me for something I did not want and said oh you have to tell us what you want before we do it. I repeated myself 6 or 7 time while the worker was doing my nail plus I wrote on the sign in sheet what I wanted. After the second time of them saying okay them doing something dif6them acting like they don’t understand you I decided I would never return and if anyone tells me they are going there I tell them not to and to try u
Luxury nails down the road. They are much before. Their prices are better also.
