I asked for almond shaped nails, not oval, a little more pointed, and the lady doing my nails replied “oval” so that’s what I got. I wanted a “French tip” not the full thing, an out line on the top of my nail and a second line to mimic when the French tip would end. She couldn’t do this so I wanted until another gentleman was done with someone else’s nails. I showed him what I wanted it was more pastel colors but I told him they didn’t need to match exactly. Once I said that it was just not what I wanted at all. I ended up with some neon colors and different colors in different places. At one point I even pointed out there was some orange in the picture and not an orange color grabbed to which he replied “doesn’t need to be exact”. I wasn’t very happy with my nails, but I think a lot of us can agree sometimes it’s hard to speak up when getting your nails done, and paid the $55. When I got home, I learned he had put a glow in the dark top coat on my nails, that I did not ask for or was told about. Two days later they started chipping pretty badly, and I never got the time to go back in and get them fixed. Highly disappointed in the communication and service.
