Good customer service!
Josie is polite and professional . She did a good job on my nails.
I had an appointment at 1045… I arrived at 1035… service to my nails was 11:05.
Overall I am happy with my nails. However please be prompt..😇

I originally had an appointment with Michelle unfortunately she couldn’t take me but she put me in good hands with Ashley. I was a little nervous, but she did an amazing job from the start picking colors she was spot on!!! Ashley’s process was great. She was fast and thorough and has a great eye for art. I appreciate this as a fellow stylist and nail enthusiast myself. – Can’t recommend Ashley enough. I will definitely try to get back in with her.

I usually get serviced by Kim and when she called out today I got nervous but Michelle stepped in and was FABULOUS! I’ve been coming to Zen Nail for 2 years since moving to DE from NJ and the talent, consistency, professionalism, and overall atmosphere is UNMATCHED! They’ve got a customer for life in me!

This place is amazing me and my sister went for the first time and we got a Geli spa pedicure and a new full set. Gabby..Nina Gina are amazing the atmosphere when you walk in they greet you offer you something to drink soda water wine …this place is amazing. Me and my sister will be back again very very soon…so love this Place GABBY IS THE BEST very attentive friendly and nice been here about 6 Times now on a schedule now

Vi did an amazing job! She explained about all the different services offered and the products she was using. Had a drink while relaxing getting a nice chair massage while getting my spa pedi! Definitely returning to Vi!
