I definitely was skeptical at first because trying to schedule was a nightmare with the site and the representative I spoke to at the call center was rude and showed no effort in trying to help me. However, despite this poor start, my tech Sydney completely made my experience memorable and earned my business. Sydney was so kind, knowledgeable and patient. My friend and I have been searching for somewhere to get our pedicures done for so long and we feel very confident with this location all because of Sydney

I would not come here for your nails. The nail tech was very nice, but she just was not that skilled.

I wanted a French Manicure, but they told me that “it wasn’t what I booked online”. I was fine with that, and just went with a white gel polish instead. I didn’t want to make a fuss, or cause a scene.

It started out fine, but when it came to my cuticles, she cut too far multiple times. My big toe actually looked purple by the end of the pedicure. I would have taken a photo of what it looks like now, but it’s all bandaged up because it got infected. My pinky that’s shown is still red and occasionally splits open. My cuticles are absolutely destroyed, and multiple of them hurt still. I got my mani pedi a week ago.

The massage with the scrubs and lotion was fine, but she barely shaped my nails at all. You can see go uneven my nails are in the pictures. Plus, gel nail polish usually lasts at least 3 weeks for me. However, this entire piece just popped off my finger as a whole. You can see how poorly shaped and buffed my nail was underneath.

Even after she made multiple fingers and toes bleed, a discount wasn’t even offered. I paid full price, over $100, just to have damaged cuticles, an infection, and gel polish that didn’t even last a week. Not to mention my multiple attempts to call/email.

Save your money, go someplace else

Edit: Originally I wasn’t going to write a review, but when the nail polish didn’t even last a week, that was my last straw. Not to mention it took over 3 hours…

I had a service with Tiffany H and my service was excellent she was so patient and did a great job on my feet. She made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my service. I will definitely recommend her to others
