I just moved to NC from MD and was looking for a salon that had good vibes and a stylist that would listen/understand and execute what I wanted.. From my 1st appointment, which was my color consultation, I knew I found my new hair home!! I went back today for the actual coloring appointment and when Katelynn turned my chair around to show me the finished product, I was absolutely blown away! I couldn’t be happier! She gave me exactly what I wanted while also maintaining the integrity of my hair. The overall atmosphere of the salon is SO welcoming as well. You can tell the staff are like a family and that just added to the overall experience. Everyone was so very kind and fun! Thank you Katelynn and the rest of the staff at The Venue for giving me a great day filled with laughs, kindness and killer hair! 💕

Absolutely would give this place ten stars if I could. Katelyn did such an amazing job on my hair- I left feeling so excited and confident and I have just been staring in the mirror since I got home.
Overall, the whole atmosphere of this spot is really cute (amazing decorating), they actively sweep and keep it clean, and it had a very cute family energy.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a new hair spot in the area- I watched three other customers get their hair done while I was there and everyone left looking amazing so I think you’d be in great hands no matter who your appointment was with.
5/5 will be back.

I have lived in the area for over ten years and have been a client of literally almost every high end salon in the area. Carly is the ONLY person I will let touch my hair or my teenage daughters hair! Our hair is always perfection and after having absolute nightmares over the years at other local salons the relief we feel knowing we will always get beautiful results and dependable service is such a relief. We have had cuts, highlights and color repeatedly and the color/cut quality is always consistent and perfection. She is literally a Godsend!
