i do not recommend the hair salon at all. I went to the studio to get a BLK done and this was the aftermath. I went back a couple days afterwards to either get a refund or get it redone, the owner told me she would only refund me 15% back of the cost of $350 I spent on it, or her other option was for me to reschedule and have it redone. When the time of my rescheduled appointment came, I called to confirm my appointment and I was informed that the stylists that did my hair no longer worked there, so I would have to go find business elsewhere.
Needless to say, I will never be going back and hope no one else has to experience this. The owner is awful

Chris has been doing my hair for 6 years! I have tried many different hairstyles and always feel confident in the studios services and customer service. They have always listened to me and I really feel like Chris and her team are good friends I can trust with my hair. Never going anywhere else in Marquette!

Been to a few places in town and they do an okay job but when I would ask for a specific style and show them a picture it never looked how I wanted. I tried here for the first time last week and they got it exactly how I asked for it. It hasn’t even been a full week and I’ve had multi people mention that they like it and that typically never happens. Will definitely be back.

My 11 year old nice was charged $40 for a trim (all on length) that took less than 30 min and hair was not even. She had to have her hair redone later that day. I emailed company to discuss and they have not responded.

Chris is a wonderful designer, friendly and easy to talk to about my hair, and her experience shows! I see her do a great job with training new hires as well. I usually go in for partial or full foils to maintain my short blonde hair, and I get great advice for styling and maintenance.
