I love The Studio!! I got married a few weeks ago and had the best experience with Khanda, Lauren, and Sophie. They were fun, easy to talk to, and SUPER talented!! They took on the challenge of executing hair/makeup for 11 bridesmaids plus mother of the bride, and mother of the groom, with ease!! They also were flexible when I needed to schedule my trial to be just 2 days before the wedding (I live far and was wedding planning distantly, therefore I could only be in town a few days before my wedding). Every single one of my bridesmaids said that this was the best hair/makeup they’ve had done in ALL of the weddings they’ve participated in. I highly recommend their services. 🙂 Thank you for making me feel beautiful and being a part of my big day!

I had never been to The Studio before some so I had some pre-haircut jitters. Tammy did an excellent job cutting my fine, straight hair from a photo I found online. I love it!
(And the shampoo chairs are the most comfortable I have ever been in!)

Becky provided service for both my daughter and me. She did an amazing job engaging with my daughter and adjusting to her needs as a fidgety 5 year old. She was enthusiastic, kind and listened. She is knowledgeable and was able to provide ideas for ways to achieve the look I wanted with my hair type. My hair feels and looks amazing! I booked another appointment with her already and after listening to my daughter say she wants her hair to look like that forever because she loves it, I know I will be booking her again soon (we only decided to wait because I don’t know how fast her hair grows being that she is 5). Thank you for a great service and we will see you again soon!

The Studio provided two artists to do my bridesmaids’ hair and makeup for my wedding day. Both of the artists arrived on time, were professional, and provided great service in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with the Studio that left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I had made a hair appointment, but unfortunately, due to an unexpected scheduling conflict with my son, I had to cancel it at the last minute.

To my surprise, when I contacted the salon to cancel and reschedule, I was informed that I would be charged a fee of up to 50%. This policy seemed particularly unfair considering the circumstances. What added insult to injury was the fact that the stylist assigned to me had canceled on me multiple times 3/18/2024, 4/22/204 most recently without any repercussions.

As a loyal customer who has consistently supported the Studio I was shocked and disappointed by their lack of understanding and flexibility. It’s disheartening to see a business prioritize their own bottom line over customer satisfaction and loyalty.

I’ve always valued the service and expertise provided by the stylists Abby, as well as Elizabeth, but this experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth. It’s clear that there’s a disconnect between their customer service policies and their commitment to providing exceptional service.

In the future, I hope the Studio reevaluates their policies to better accommodate their customers’ needs and circumstances. Until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
