My wife and I had an amazing couples spa day here. They took great care of us while we were there. Everyone we encountered working there was pleasant, not only to us, but to each other as well. It created a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. You definitely get the feeling that they are there for you.
We went with a pedicure, massage, and facial and they were all wonderful. Everyone was knowledgeable and skilled in their specialties.
They are currently under construction, but they do make you fully aware of that online before you even book. Even with the construction taking place it had no impact on our treatments. I think I heard work being done once or twice while we were there.
Overall, a great place and experience.

My husband and I did the couples retreat package and had a great experience. We had massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures so we interacted with a quite a few of the staff. They were all professional and extremely accommodating, especially Debi and Heather. Can’t wait to come back!

We booked the “couples retreat” for our 10 year anniversary. (Facials, massages, pedicures and manicures.) We are out of town (from LA). We have our 8 year old with us. We could not get any of the services done due to having our kid with us. That should have been addressed or a question asked upon booking. We had coloring books for him, our phones, a few toys, books and snacks. The lady at the front desk asked us if we had “anyone to come get our son.” Clearly they do not have good communication amongst the staff. We were unaware kids were not allowed and that they could not accommodate. We thought he could sit in the room with us. He is well mannered and would have been fine. We were about to spend over $800. They were not friendly at check in and seemed very snoody. They did not seem very inviting or excited to have a non local spend close to $1,000. They could have been more understanding and accommodating considering we were going spend that much. However, they did fit us in for today (7/1/24) which we appreciate. Your communication should be more clear and attitudes more friendly and inviting. We will not be back and we do not recommend. Very disappointing.

More attention to detail needed.

The spa as a whole and the equipment and atmosphere is acceptable. They even had plus sized robes. The only areas I saw as an issue was upon check-in, the person was on a call that was extensive. She didn’t call for backup or put them on a brief hold. She let us stand there and wait. Eventually she mouthed the words “what’s your names?” Because we arrived early to have time to leisurely change and complete forms. Similarly for checkout. 20% Tip was not optional. To change you walked through a gift shop in your robe in view of the public to get to the locker room. Oh and the locker room is small. It has all it needs except square footage to accommodate 3 ppl changing at the same time. So if you don’t know the ladies in the locker room already, be prepared to get acquainted as you change.
