Customer Reviews:
We went with a pedicure, massage, and facial and they were all wonderful. Everyone was knowledgeable and skilled in their specialties.
They are currently under construction, but they do make you fully aware of that online before you even book. Even with the construction taking place it had no impact on our treatments. I think I heard work being done once or twice while we were there.
Overall, a great place and experience.
The spa as a whole and the equipment and atmosphere is acceptable. They even had plus sized robes. The only areas I saw as an issue was upon check-in, the person was on a call that was extensive. She didn’t call for backup or put them on a brief hold. She let us stand there and wait. Eventually she mouthed the words “what’s your names?” Because we arrived early to have time to leisurely change and complete forms. Similarly for checkout. 20% Tip was not optional. To change you walked through a gift shop in your robe in view of the public to get to the locker room. Oh and the locker room is small. It has all it needs except square footage to accommodate 3 ppl changing at the same time. So if you don’t know the ladies in the locker room already, be prepared to get acquainted as you change.
