I haven’t been here in a long time but so glad I did today. The place is very nicely located just behind Bed Bath and Beyond. My service of face wax only cost 11 dollars so very affordable. It was relaxing and they got me in and done early. The student was so professional and the products used lovely. Nice relaxing music played too. And very happy with my results. Can’t wait to go there again get more services. They seem to be doing a bit of remodeling the space but it still was a very pleasant visit. Just excellent customer service and nice place.

Alli Theisen- she did amazing on both my hair colors I first came to her going super blonde and she nailed it. Then went to her wanting darker hair but still some lighter color she nailed it very pleasant and good person to talk to while getting your hair done! Definitely recommend her!

Went in for a simple women’s cut and I like the cut. Booking is easy online but the site seemed really slow. Aside from that, the place is easy to find and parking is convenient due to number of spots available. I didn’t care for the tip being separate so I had to go out and get money out of an atm around the corner to leave a tip. I also thought there was minimal supervision in case the student wasn’t doing what you wanted. But in my case I just told her a few things I didn’t love and she fixed it so I was happy.

Went in on a Saturday with my 15 year old to do a touch up balayage. She has brown hair. We understand that they are learning but the student wasn’t monitored during the 5 hour process AT ALL. The instructor just signed a paper at the beginning to tell them it’s okay to do a balayage (no specific colors) and then again when she had wet hair to check the “cut” only. They never came back when the hair was dry to check the color. But everyone could clearly see there was an issue. The color was very spotty and uneven. She was almost completely blonde. Her sweater was ruined with dye on the arms too. The original student that did the dye had to leave early so a new girl did the hair drying (seemed unfair). I was never given an accommodation or an apology or was even spoken to by the instructors. I complained nicely at the front asking if we can be accommodated or that she’ll need a fix. No discount was given and no apology. I think the instructors should definitely be checking more especially on a 5 hour client! Besides that, one of their students was at her hair desk crying. Another student was doing another students hair and loudly complaining about being fired and so on. Not a fun experience.
