I went in on May 25th for a perm with Andrea. The pictures with the white shirt is 3 days after my appointment. The other two is my hair from yesterday, just 1 week after my appointment. Perms are not cheap, for the perm to fall out in just three days and almost to my straight hair after just a week shows that it wasn’t done correctly. I called to let them know that the perm fell out and basically back to my normal hair. I asked the receptionist that I would want a refund since it didn’t hold. She told me that my hair stylist will be in the shop later and will call me back. When they did, they told me that they don’t do refunds. I think the receptionist should be aware of that because then it looks like refunds are possible but just didn’t want to for me. Especially for a service that didn’t work, you would think they could at least give me a portion back. They also told me that it was due to the weather that it looks that way. I have had perms before and this is NOT due to the weather but the stylist. I wish they would have asked me to come in so they can see the perm is non-existent instead of just refusing it and telling me lies on why it looks horrible. I had high hopes and unfortunately this was a big mistake. I feel cheated and scammed. Not worth it.

She was very late for my appointment. Cut an inch and a half more than I asked. Wanted something edgy and came out looking like a school teacher. Been going to the same girl hoping for better results but it’s the same below average results. Her techniques are not up to date and the shop is okay for those looking for a small town beauty shop. The inside is drab. Won’t be going back.

Emma was awesome!!! She was very friendly and pleasant to work with. She was very knowledgeable with curls and gave me a great cut! I just needed my layers redone and my bangs redone. Everything looks great. I will definitely be coming again 🙂

This is by far the best haircut I have ever received- Natalie is GREAT! Very good attention to detail and my hair turned out just how I wanted it to! The salon has a wonderful, relaxing aesthetic appeal. They offered soda and water while waiting. My hair feels amazing. I had gone to a salon across the street a few times and paid way more for balayage and a cut, only for my hair to be overly fried. Not here!! Feels healthy and color turned out perfect! I highly recommend this place to anyone!
