I loved going here to get mine and my daughter’s nails done here. My nose is very sensitive to harsh smells, so I can’t handle chemical smell that most nail salons give off. The staff is amazing and very sweet! My daughter loves how the dogs would curl up next to her when she’d get her nails done. Now that we have moved out of state, we have yet to find a place that lives up to the Pink Rose’s standards!

I wasted my money and time getting my nails done here. I showed up for my first appointment and the doors were locked. I called the number on the door and the person who answered told me that they were running late and would be there soon. 20 minutes later they showed up. When I left, my nails looked okay, but the next day the polish was pulling up from the cuticle area and looked terrible. I called and was told that they would fix the polish. When I showed up for the second appointment, the technician was not there and the doors were locked. I didn’t have to wait as long that time, but they were still about 10 minutes late. When I walked in, the place appeared to have not been cleaned up from the day before. There were used products lying around on dirty nail stations. The technician told me that my polish probably looked the way it did because I had requested that ridge filler be used on my nails. (I had called around to different salons and specifically chose the pink rose because I have been told that they had ridge filler.) I was told that they would remove my polish and redo my nails without the ridge filler. I asked about the extra money that I had paid for the ridge filler and was told that I would be refunded that amount of money. I never did receive my refund. My polish was removed and reapplied. When I got in my car and got ready to leave, I noticed that the polish had pooled on one side of my thumbnail, so I went back in and the technician removed the polish and repolished the nail. I was told that it was because of how I held my hands while my polish is drying. When I got home, I noticed that my polish had air bubbles in it, and then the polish peeled back from my cuticles again within 2 days. I definitely wasted $60 and about 3 hours on this experience. In addition, I had told the technician at my first appointment to be careful to not file the ridges on my nails down too much because it makes them too thin and then they break far back on my nail bed. I am 4 weeks out now and my nails keep breaking back on my nail bed because they were filed too thin. I hate to have to leave reviews like this. The technician was sweet, but the products they use at the salon must be either old or inferior. They should not leave air bubbles or peel back within 2 days. In addition, there needs to be a way to get in contact with the owner when something is not acceptable. Instead, it seems like the technicians have the phone. The technician who took care of my nails is the only person I was ever able to communicate with from the time that I made my first appointment to when I walked out the door after my second appointment. The picture that I am posting is the second day after my first appointment.. 🫤

Awful, not clean, and my performance polish, dazzle dry nails chipped in less than 12 hours. They started chipping the same evening as my appointment. The girls were dressed in booty shorts and old t-shirts. Looked like they just got out of bed. Very unprofessional. The nail bottles had WET polish on the sides and tops so when I went to grab a bottle, the polish got on my fingers. My tech was dressed like she was about to go to bed- cheerleader shorts and a stained top. She and another girl had their headsets on even though music was playing. I think employees should be comfortable at work but this looked like a circus. I had my nails done for an event and had to redo them myself.

Really enjoyed Laura, excellent service from excellent people. My wife wanted a very specific set of bath bombs and other products, when I called to see if they had what she was wanting, Laura told me she’d make a product bundle *specifically* customized to my wife’s liking. What an awesome store, wish every business in town was like this.

This is such a cute salon and goes above and beyond to make a wonderful experience. I booked in advance (which is a must since it’s a small salon) and came here the day before my wedding with all of my bridesmaids. The owner blocked out her schedule to accommodate all of us and even let us bring in our own catered snacks and drinks. There were a ton of neutral colors to pick from and I was very happy to find out that they don’t cut your cuticles (I’ve had a very bad experience in the past with having my cuticles cut that ended in a terrible infection from another nail salon). Overall I was very happy with the quality of service and would return. Highly recommend for special events too!!
