Update 10/1/23 ⭐️⭐️ : I spoke with Tina previous owner who got me in touch with new owner Abby. Abby called and spoke with me on 9/30/23. I have an appointment on 10/4 to get my nails redone. I also got a 20 dollar gift certificate instead of original offer of a refund. I’ll up date again on nail quality.
Update 10/4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: had my apt with Abby this morning to get my nails repainted. She honored fixing them and said she would do my nails from here out. New dazzle polish in pictures. Overall I’m okay with the resolutions.
Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. I was very surprised to learn the owner of this place is freakin RUDE! I went in to get a simple eyebrow wax done, lady walked it – no greeting but instead barked, “lay down.” I should’ve known to walk out then….but I did not. She then went on with the wax, rude behavior, rude applications, like I was taking up her time. I had to respond to her behavior and attitude, “could you be gentle!” At checkout, i asked for the manager / owner – to my surprise- it was her!! Wow!! Bad customer service!!
I have been looking for a pretty, nice place to take my business for pedis and manis as well eyebrow waxes. THIS place is not the place and I will NOT recommend it. Will not be coming back.
