I came here today with my 6 year old and my nails turned out mediocre and uneven. We had to wait over 30 minutes past our scheduled appointment time, and when I booked the appointment the price on the website said $11 for a child’s manicure, when we got up to the front they charged me $28 for some polish that literally took 10 minutes. If there was an up charge for gel that’s reasonable but there’s not even a $17 difference on the adult basic manicure vs gel polish. Disappointed to say the least, I used to come here all the time but I won’t be back

Called ahead and made an apt for 12:30 to get a gel fill and a couple other little things. I got there 5 minutes early and still waited 35 minutes to be sat. I had 3 different people working on taking my gel polish off and during that 3 of my fingers were cut while they were using the nail drill and caused them to bleed. I asked for them to cut my nails down a little bit and they only did 2 fingers and switched to the nail file after the drill incident. I also wanted French tips and for my cuticles to be done as well. From 1:30-1:45 I was sitting there by myself with just the base polish on my nails and cuticles not done either. I said I was leaving because it shouldn’t take this long and they over booked people. When leaving they tried to charge me 65 even though my nails were unfinished and I was very unsatisfied I agreed to pay 28 after arguing back and forth. I will not be coming back here.

Would not recommend. Yes they are fast and you can book online however I booked for a $55 pedicure, they gave me the basic and still charged me for the more expensive one. When I asked about it the guy said “oh the packaging just changed” the description of the pedicure was nothing to what I received. She messaged for maybe 10 minutes and even tried to tell me she did “extra long” on the massage, when I specifically asked for the higher priced pedicure for the longer massage. I will never go back here as I feel they charge to much for really nothing and they say they did something they didn’t. Not to mention a week later it was chipping off.
