Pro: I can appreciate not being in a nail shop for hours. The longest I’ve stayed is an hour and a half.
Con:
I’ve visited this nail shop at least 6 times. I’ve bought several gift cards for the holidays and I don’t spend under $100 when I go. I must say after each visit, the quality of work is poor. I’ve had a different person each time. There was only 1 visit I was pleased with my service. They are CONSTANTLY rushing so they aren’t paying attention to detail. My nail shop experience is suppose to be pampering and they ruin it every time. I always feel like the service is rushed and I can barely relax. I just left getting my nails done and had to ask the nail tech to take a second look at my nails. The sides on both thumbs were missing polish, there was polish residue on my fingers she didn’t bother getting off and I had nail dust all over my hands after she drilled my nails and she didn’t brush it off, instead she just started polishing. Every time I look at my hands, I get frustrated at how tacky my polish is. I’m not returning after this. I spend too much money for this experience.

Called before I came in and asked the price of a full set. They said 30 I went in did plan nails no color just clear and they charged me 70!!!! They said it’s double because they were a little long. So if you go here make sure they are clear on the price cause I got robbed

This is the worst place to get your nails done I paid 175 for acrylic nails and a pedicure and a 30 dollar tip on top of that 2 days later one nail is hanging on and the other broke at the bottom of the nail!!! I called to see if there was anything they would do mind you this was 2 days later, they said there is not warranty on broke nails!!!! Terrible service and work! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Also I have no eyebrows now that’s to them!!! EDIT ADDED PICTURES OF WHAT THEY SENT ME OUT WITH I HAD TO GO BACK IN TO GET FIXED… this is ridiculous…. I called to speak to the owner they were very rude so idk I have an infection now I had to go to my normal salon and get them taken off which cost me more on top of everything!!!

Best Nail Salon in town if you want to be handled with care an respect treated like a valued customer post to be treated go to The Nail Palace. Prices is reasonable there’s no price gouging. The nail techs work technics is just simply awesome. They do designs unlike other nail shops that can’t keep up with the lastest nail designs. At The Nail Palace it might be a packed with clients. But I promise you it’s well worth the wait an the waiting time is very short. There’s soo many nail techs there an Manicure booths wait time is very very short you’re in the chair in no time. Believe me give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

Update: I took my daughter’s to get their nails done they haven’t been to the shop in years since I moved out of the area an as usual they did my girls nails to perfection they love how the nails came out my oldest got hers done early for her sweet 16th Birthday an event she’s still in love with her nails days later.

I have gotten a few pedicures here. The prices are reasonable (for that service) and the end result is usually pretty good; however I recently got a mediocre pedicure by a technician referred to as Rosie. She never greeted me, properly acknowledged me during the service, asked if I wanted a beverage or asked if I was satisfied with the end result. She had difficulty understanding my simple polish request despite it being explained to her at least twice by co-workers. I reiterated that her rudeness and unprofessionalism was unappreciated before exiting the establishment. Taking all visits into consideration, I would return but not accept any services from the aforementioned technician. *October Update: I have not returned to this nail shop. I prefer Love Nails Number One (#1) on Bullard.
