Awesome place to get your nails done. I’ve been getting my nails done here since they opened. The technicians always do a GREAT job ensuring the customers are satisfied with the services they received. The facility is nice, relaxing, and clean. The owner also takes great care of the customers. Thank you to my nail technician Lucy! She’s courteous, caring, professional, and a perfectionist. My nails ALWAYS look AWESOME! I don’t like the over-the-top colors/designs and Lucy really gets my simplicity. Before & after pictures included…AND YES…these are my REAL nails!

This is the first and last time I’ll be here. Let me first start by saying that my nail tech has nothing to do with this review. She was amazing when we spoke. Now, let’s speak about how this nail set was $90. Before going into the shop I verified on pricing. French tips were $55+. I got charged for a full whole color set for $60. Then the kicker!: Because the French tips were rounded and not straight across it was an extra $20! Which was not explained to me prior or is on any menu online on onsite. I got the smallest nails I could get doing coffin shaped nails (via nail tech). I still got charged for length. They do not offer discounts or refunds so I got stuck paying $158 total for my nails and my $48 pedi. The front desk woman was extremely rude. I spent a total of almost 4 hours because they were short staffed and seating people in chairs no one was working in. I will absolutely not be back here. I will be going to my regular nail tech who charges $110 for this exact same design + my pedi, doesn’t charge me for shortest length, and does them exactly how I want them.

Absolutely amazing establishment from the owners and to all of the staff great services. I have been coming here for over 10yrs “not one” unsatisfied appointment they always treat everyone with the utmost respect, care and expert assistance to designs, color options whatever style they have you covered. I love The Nails Lounge. They have a lot of employees so my wait is usually not long if any at all. Jason does amazing on my pedicure and I’m not super picky about my nails but love Kim.
