I had some time to kill while my daughters softball tournament was rained out. Lady at the hotel desk recommended this place, and she was so right! All the workers were super friendly to everyone that walked in the door, prices were reasonable, and they did a fantastic job!

If there were 0 stars thats what I’d give them. I just went in there an hour ago to get my nails done when I had an appointment. The lady rushed through my nails and my stickers are already falling off and im missing chunks of acrylic all over my nails. When I called for a refund to my card, the lady said she didn’t know how to do it. I told her I could pick up cash and she said that all she could do was give me a gift certificate. Horrible quality place. NEVER go there. If you want good quality, go to K Nails.

I was referred by a friend. I called and made an appointment to book with Vicky gel nails and a pedicure. I arrived 10 minutes early and stated I had a 1:00 appointment with Vicky. The lady greeted me and said okay tells me someone will get station 2 ready for me for my pedicure. An hour later my pedicure is complete. The same lady that did my pedicure was setting up to do my nails. I asked are you Vicky? she said no. I said I booked the appointment with Vicky. A lady walks up and says I am Vicky and I am sorry I am booked. It was the lady that greeted me when I walked in the door and told I have a 1:00 appointment. I explained to her I called on the phone and was told the only appointment you had open was for 1:00 I came 10 minutes early and when I walked in I told you I booked an appointment with Vicky for 1:00. Why didn’t you tell me then you were booked then? All I got was oh sorry.

If I can give no stars if I could..
Me and my cousin went to the shop because it was recommended through a friend of ours.
It was early in the day when we went in. They didn’t even up at us and told us they were booked for today I guess my apperance (my blk skin) wasn’t welcome at he time. I was really looking forward to their services.
My friend also told me she doesn’t set up appointments when she goes
