I got a dip manicure done on Thursday, March 23rd for my wedding. I was very disappointed with the overall quality. That day I didn’t have time for the nail tech redo them, so I didn’t say anything. The texture is uneven, some of my previous dip color is showing, the the shape is inconsistent. I also felt very rushed during my appointment. Today March 28th, I had the dip break off almost completely on one nail. I’ve been getting dip consistently for over a year and have never had this problem. I’m not one to complain, but I called this morning and they were unable to refund my service. All they would offer was to fix it, but I have already left for my honeymoon. I’m not local to the area anymore, and will not be back any time soon to get my nails fixed. I’ve been to The Nailery many times over the years and have never had a problem with the quality. To top off the bad experience, my mother also felt rushed during her appointment and was unhappy with the amount trimmed off her nails. Overall, very disappointed.

Trang and Ivy kill it every time! The BEST place to get your nails done in all of Olathe! You cannot find this level of customer service, fair pricing, and peaceful atmosphere anywhere else!

Love going to this nail 💅 salon been going for the past 1 year and they are always welcoming and so accommodating to my daughter. Tina does amazing nails didn’t know what to get so I let her choose and this is the artwork she came up with. I’m absolutely in love with how they came out.

Went to get a wax. The lady was supposed to get me help. Instead, she went to start another individuals nails and completely ignored me. When I went to ask would somebody do my eyebrows, I was asked to come back later. I would not recommend this nail shop at all. Poor customer service.
