Will not go back here only because of the dishonesty and up-pricing of our visit.

Me and my daughter went in to get 2 basic pedicures, which the basic price is $25 (kids) and $35. Total cost should of equaled $60….They charged us $75! I asked to see the price book and they looked worried because I questioned the price.

Once I verified in the book it became clear they were just trying to get more money.

They’re reasons:

My daughter wanted one foot one color and one foot another (she’s little) so it “cost extra”. Did NOT tell me this during.

Then told me because I had “too rough” of heel It cost extra. Which is not true. I get pedicures all the time and have NEVER had anyone tell me this ever. Again not informed.

We liked the quality of work but not the way it ended in trying to be upcharged for no reason and being sneaky.

I would only suggest visiting this nail salon for a pedicure if you’re pressed for time and need to be done in quickly.

There was no menu to choose the pedicure options. I was shown three pedicure treatments and told to pick from those. From start to finish, the pedicure was done in under 30 minutes and cost $60 (with gel).

It was a mess from the beginning. I felt the process was rushed and I didn’t get to relax and enjoy my quiet time. The polish layers were not applied consistently or layered nicely.

For the environment, it was cluttered and the music playing was not very relaxing. The tools used did not come from sealed bags. I’m sure they’re being reused without cleaning correctly. They are not sanitized properly.

This salon is terrible. I came in for my MIL, and they forced me to do nails. So i said to my self, ok why not give them a try. So i did nail dipping and Everything i wanted for my nails that time were not done. No nail polish color of my choice. The shape of nails i like. And they buffed my nails too much that it is thin now. After a week i went back to remove it. Toni hurt my nails that i screamed. I was so furious and i started crying because i just keep the frustration. He kept on offering me to do my nails. I firmly said no. But he still kept bugging me to do nails. And he used acetone to remove my nails. For extra cost. Who has this service that will require you to remove nails with extra cost to remove it. It should be fixed. I left so furious and disappointed. And i believe their nail salon is not clean because the tools that he used was not came from a sealed packet. Omg. Now my nails are all broken and fragile.

I just moved to the area and I still haven’t found the right nail saloon that has worked with me and my ideas and also has met my expectations. I decided to go once and now I look forward to working with Chelsea, who’s always kinda and gets my nails looking right! I recommend to come check them out!
