I’ve been coming to this salon for 13 years and have always been treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism. An the owner has been doing my nails and getting creative with me on the designs and we have a lot of fun. Lucy has been doing my pedicures for about 5 years now and she always makes sure that my needs are met and that I’m taking care of. They are always flexible with my insane schedule and very understanding of life and I highly recommend the salon and I won’t Go anywhere else ❤️

Came here on a recommendation. I’ve been searching for a pedicurist that actually cared. Again I was greatly disappointed. She was on her phone several times, left me sitting several times, didn’t do anything for my calluses and the massage left a bruise. The whole thing was very mechanical. I think a robot could’ve done a better massage.

Nightmare eyebrow “tint” and horrible gel builder application. I have frequently visited Nail Lounge in the past and had good experiences, but the past couple times it has gotten progressively worse. The first time i had a bad experience, I was charged for the top tier gel manicure and did not receive that service. After a few more mediocre experiences, the last visit was the worst of all! I went for gel builder fill in, eye brow tint and wax. She took no time on my nails, they looked so bad I had her cover them with gel polish. Then went back for my eyebrow wax and tint, I have light blond hair, she used black dye and made the 2x larger than my actual brow. I get my brows tinted frequently because they are white if not and this was absurd, it made me gasp out loud! She said she couldn’t fix them and asked if I had a few days off work so they could fade a bit! I left and had to scrub so hard so many times to get the dye off my skin that I had raw spots that took a week to heal. I am still left with ridiculously dark eyebrows. Terrible experience!!

Great experience here. The techs are very skilled. I’m super sensitive, and they never hit a cuticle. I loved that i could book online. It was very busy, but everyone tried to be as accommodating as possible. My nails came out great.
